Simplify Your Design: Slkor SL42764 Linear Regulator Offers Plug-and-Play Replacement for Onsemi NCV4276C
Slkor introduces the SL42764 — a high-performance, pin-compatible alternative to Onsemi’s NCV4276C -100V Linear Voltage Regulator.
- Input Voltage (VIN): up to 42 V
- Output Voltage (VOUT): 5 V
- Output Current (IOUT): 500 mA
- Dropout Voltage (Vdrop): 5 V
- Package: TO-252–5
Designed for automotive and industrial applications, the SL42764 combines reliability with easy integration, giving engineers a cost-effective and seamless replacement solution without sacrificing performance.
Description
The SL42764 is a high-performance, monolithic low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator designed to deliver up to 400 mA of load current with exceptional stability and reliability. Supporting a wide 5 V–42 V input range and an output accuracy of ±2%, it is ideal for demanding automotive environments as well as other applications requiring a stable voltage supply from 2.5 V to 20 V.
Engineered for harsh conditions, the SL42764 integrates overload, short-circuit, over-temperature, and reverse-polarity protection, ensuring system safety under extreme stress. With its ultra-low quiescent current, it’s especially well-suited for long-term VBAT applications. When the device is disabled via the enable pin, the cutoff current drops below 10 μA, conserving battery life in standby mode.
