Founded in 2006, Danyu Electronics has grown through one guiding principle — expanding capabilities in response to real customer needs. Every new product line reflects the company’s deep understanding of both market trends and client challenges.
“We started with metal domes,” recalls Mr. Gui Xianwu, founder of Danyu Electronics. “When customers asked for circuit boards, we developed flexible printed circuits (FPC). From there, we evolved into rigid boards, metal-core boards, ceramic substrates, and full SMT assembly.”

Danyu Electronics has a very clear positioning: it does not independently develop its own products nor competes with customers, focusing solely on being the most reliable manufacturing service provider behind its clients. Gui Xianwu has invested in 5 factories in China specifically to produce products for the company's clients. These factories are not only equipped with new YAMAHA equipment, quality inspection instruments, etc., but in 2021, he also established Shenzhen Yutesi Electronics Co., Ltd., setting up 4 fully automatic high-speed SMT production lines to flexibly handle orders of different scales.
Gui Xianwu is particularly optimistic about the potential of the small and medium batch market. He believes that while such orders may not be large in scale, they are crucial for startups and small-to-medium enterprises. He explained: "These clients need not just products, but a reliable partner who can quickly respond to their requirements and provide high-quality products and services." At Danyu Electronics, product quality begins before production even starts. Every project undergoes rigorous evaluation of customer drawings, with potential issues identified early through DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis. Incoming materials are strictly inspected at the IQC stage using advanced equipment such as X-ray systems.
During production, Danyu implements pre-production meetings, first article inspections, and full-process quality tracking, complemented by 3D AOI technology to accurately check component placement, preventing errors like misaligned parts, missing components, or cold solder joints.

Discussing recent shifts in the international trade landscape, Gui Xianwu shared his forward-looking strategy. He began planning a presence in Vietnam in 2021 and officially launched a factory there in 2024. The facility is equipped with three dual-track Panasonic high-speed SMT lines and one wave soldering line, achieving a monthly capacity of 150 million points.
Gui candidly noted the challenges of operating in Vietnam, including a lower technical skill level among local workers and slower government processes. Yet, he remains optimistic: with the growing influx of Chinese enterprises, both efficiency and technical expertise are steadily improving. He predicts that within 5 to 10 years, the Vietnam factory’s operational performance will rival domestic standards.
As Founder and General Manager of Danyu Electronics, Gui Xianwu places a strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional excellence. He expects the sales team to have the technical acumen of “half an engineer,” enabling them to directly address customer inquiries with confidence.
Gui is also driving company-wide innovation, planning to implement an MES system in 2025 to significantly boost production management efficiency. Beyond internal improvements, he actively leverages new media platforms, building both personal and corporate IP through his short video channel (Yutesi Electronics Brother Gui) and sharing insights at the Huaqiang Lecture Hall. Through these efforts, Gui inspires his team to embrace new technologies, expand their knowledge, and strengthen Danyu Electronics’ brand influence across the global electronics industry.
