SLKOR Basketball Team-Building Activity - Exercise for the Body, Relaxation for the Mind

"After Typhoon 'Gemei' passed Shenzhen, China, and amidst the sweltering August heat, in an effort to enhance inter-departmental communication, enrich employees' leisure activities, and strengthen team cohesion, the SLKOR Warriors basketball team and the Kinghelm team engaged in a vibrant basketball match. On the afternoon of August 3rd, as the whistle blew, the game officially commenced. Both teams quickly found their rhythm, embodying the spirit of 'friendship first, competition second,' and launched into intense competition.

 

On the court, the players' seamless coordination and teamwork became a dazzling sight. Each offensive play, defensive transition, precise shot, accurate pass, and synchronized positioning showcased their bravery and athletic prowess. It also reflected their relentless determination and never-give-up sportsmanship. As the game drew to a close and the final ball gently dropped through the hoop, it marked a perfect conclusion to this basketball match."

This basketball game was not just a competition of sweat and skill, but also a splendid showcase of SLKOR’s corporate culture. The players were clad in uniform red jerseys bearing the ‘SLKOR' logo. Red not only symbolizes the SLKOR brand but also represents passion, vitality, and hope, reflecting the vigorous growth trajectory that SLKOR has consistently demonstrated.

After the game, the SLKOR Warriors basketball team and colleagues from the Kinghelm badminton team headed to a nearby restaurant for food and drinks, enjoying a lively and cheerful time together after their workout. General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang often emphasizes, ‘Employees should eat well, rest well, have money to spend, so they can work well.' Therefore, SLKOR and Kinghelm regularly organize diverse recreational activities such as badminton and basketball tournaments, ensuring every SLKOR employee stays active and maintains good health amid their busy work schedules.

 

Looking ahead, SLKOR and Kinghelm will continue to introduce a variety of engaging activities that employees enjoy, aiming to foster a positive, united, and joyful atmosphere conducive to productivity and  happiness.
