Description
● The SL27523/4/5 series are dual-channel, 4A high-speed low-side gate drivers engineered to efficiently and safely drive MOSFETs and IGBTs. With exceptionally low propagation delay and channel mismatch in a compact SOP-8 package, these drivers enable MOSFETs to switch at frequencies of several hundred kHz. Ideal for synchronous rectification in servers and communication power supplies — where minimizing MOSFET dead time is crucial for converter efficiency — the driver’s dual channels can be paralleled to boost output drive current. In addition, the input thresholds conform to TTL levels and support voltages from -5V to 20V.
● With a broad VDD range of 4.5V to 20V, this device effectively drives MOSFETs or GaN power devices. Its integrated UVLO protection maintains a low output level during abnormal conditions. Additionally, independent input pins tolerate voltages from -5V to 24V, ensuring stable operation despite overshoots from stray inductance. Plus, the input threshold is fully compatible with TTL-level signals.
