At first encounter, Mr. Zeng Shuai leaves a lasting impression with his polished presence, approachable nature, and genuine conversation. When asked about his greatest insight from the entrepreneurial journey, the post-85s founder spoke with refreshing honesty:

Mr. Zeng highlighted that Shiqi Technology currently holds equity in over six companies, including Shanghai Shiqi Electronics Co., Ltd., Shiqi International Ltd., Shiqi Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Zhongke Xinrui Integrated Circuits (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Ruituda Information Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and Langmuda Semiconductor (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. Notably, since 2019, Shiqi Technology (Shenzhen) has served as an authorized distributor for SLKOR Semiconductor (www.slkormicro.com).

Recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, Innovative SME, and Tech-Driven SME, Shiqi has established itself as a key semiconductor IC solutions provider in China. Its diverse product portfolio—including flash memory, MOSFETs, thyristors, analog ICs, and MCU solutions—finds wide application in sectors such as consumer electronics, renewable energy, industrial automation, and medical devices.

Mr. Zeng shared that Shanghai Shiqi Electronics aspires to become a top-tier Chinese-brand IC solutions provider. Shiqi International, based in Hong Kong, was established to better serve global clients with flexible, multi-currency transactions. Meanwhile, Shiqi Technology strategically positioned its headquarters in Shenzhen, drawn by the city’s dynamic business environment, thriving entrepreneurial culture, and highly efficient, well-integrated industrial supply chain — all essential ingredients for driving innovation and rapid market growth.

Mr. Zeng reflected on the distinct entrepreneurial experiences between Shanghai and Shenzhen. Shanghai represented the crucial leap from “0 to 1”, while Shenzhen ignited rapid growth from “1 to 100.” Since its establishment in 2018, Shiqi Technology has capitalized on years of preparation to scale swiftly—achieving consistent revenue growth, strengthening brand recognition, and earning positions as a council member of the Shenzhen Henan Chamber of Commerce and standing committee member of the Procurement Association.

With a background in Electronic Information Engineering, Mr. Zeng launched his career in Shanghai’s dynamic electronics industry. “Clear goals shape careers. Strong desires redefine lives,” he shared. Those formative years broadened his perspective and laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial leap. In 2012, after six months of in-depth market research across Shanghai and Shenzhen, he made a bold decision to advocate for domestic chip solutions tailored to local market needs. His personal philosophy — “Plan, Execute, Reflect” — became the compass that guided him through every challenge.

A firm believer in lifelong learning, Mr. Zeng actively invests in both self-development and employee training. Between 2019 and 2020, he joined the National Enterprise Management Talent Enhancement Program, where he was honored with the “Leadership Contribution Award” at the IC Industry Advanced Seminar. This experience not only strengthened his strategic vision but also connected him with top-tier leaders throughout the semiconductor supply chain.

By turning passion into profession and weaving social responsibility into business, Mr. Zeng finds both purpose and fulfillment in his entrepreneurial journey. “A true entrepreneur must give back to society while managing the company well. This sense of duty sharpens one’s character and inspires the next generation,” he shared.

As the founder of “E-Host”, a nationwide mutual-aid network for electronics professionals, Mr. Zeng has organized eight consecutive annual summits, bringing together leaders and innovators from across China’s electronics industry. “Wherever I go, E-Host members make every city feel like home,” he remarked, highlighting the strong bonds forged within the community.
