In this feature, the Kinghelm editorial team (www.kinghelm.com.cn) sat down with two standout representatives of Huaqiangbei’s rising "Chip Generation II": Mr. Huang Fubin, General Manager of Shenzhen Mairuida Technology Co., Ltd. and Mairuida International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., and Mr. Zhu Lingfeng, Deputy General Manager.

Founded in 2005, Mairuida Technology (www.mrd-ic.com) has grown into a professional supplier and hybrid spot distributor of electronic components, specializing in globally trusted brands like STMicroelectronics (ST), Analog Devices (ADI), Kinghelm Electronics, and SLKOR Semiconductor (www.slkormicro.com).

Mr. Huang Fubin

 

Born in the 1980s in Chenzhou, Hunan, Huang Fubin has spent over 12 years immersed in the semiconductor industry, honing his expertise in IC trade channel development. Under his leadership, Mairuida successfully evolved from a traditional BOM procurement service provider into a specialized spot distributor with a strong focus on the globally respected ADI brand.

Reflecting on his journey, Huang highlights two driving forces behind his success — gratitude and perseverance. “Gratitude is everything,” he shares. “I’m especially thankful to my parents-in-law, and to Mr. Zhu Baoshan, Mairuida’s founder, for their mentorship, generosity, and trust. They not only gave me a wonderful family but also paved the way for my career in this industry. It’s been my mission to honor their legacy while forging a path of my own.”

Today, with Deputy General Manager Zhu Lingfeng — Huang’s brother-in-law — by his side, Mairuida is gearing up for its next chapter. The company is actively building an international online service platform (www.mrd-ic.com), with ambitions that extend beyond business growth. “Our goal isn’t just to generate profits,” Huang emphasizes. “We’re committed to elevating high-quality domestic brands like Kinghelm and SLKOR, positioning them alongside leading international names on the global semiconductor stage.”

Zhu Lingfeng, born in 1999, spent over a decade passionately pursuing football while maintaining strong academic performance. A graduate of Beijing Institute of Technology — one of China’s prestigious 985 Project universities — he transitioned from athletics to business upon completing his studies in 2022.

Following his retirement from competitive sports, Zhu joined Mairuida, starting at the grassroots level as a junior salesperson under the mentorship of his father, Zhu Baoshan, and brother-in-law, Huang Fubin. In just three years, Zhu’s leadership skills, sharp learning ability, and natural rapport with clients propelled him into a management role, earning the respect of employees, customers, and industry peers alike.

Huang Fubin speaks highly of him: “Zhu Lingfeng is a rare combination of integrity, humility, and ambition. His father taught him the importance of being a good person and doing meaningful things — and he lives by that every day.
