From October 8 to October 11, 2025, Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) and Slkor (www.slkoric.com) conducted their regular “Weekly Star” recognition event. After peer evaluations, Huang Dejun, Manager of the Promotion Department, was honored with this week’s title.

In his recent work, Huang not only performed his core responsibilities with excellence but also went the extra mile by working overtime to support the company’s office relocation. His proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to achieving company goals have earned high praise from both management and colleagues.

As a dedicated veteran of the company, Huang Dejun has played a pivotal role in overseeing both corporate promotions and the complex transition of relocating the office from Bairuida to Lijincheng. His scope of responsibility covered office renovation planning, network migration and maintenance, Kingdee system setup, and equipment procurement—a demanding combination of tasks where even minor missteps could have disrupted promotional activities or business continuity.

To ensure a seamless process, Huang meticulously developed a comprehensive timeline, aligning key milestones for marketing campaigns, relocation logistics, and equipment installations. He scheduled promotional projects well in advance, set precise moving dates, and confirmed the delivery of new network hardware early to prevent any overlap or downtime. His ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and strategic importance ensured that the company’s promotional operations—the heartbeat of its business—remained fully functional throughout the move.

Demonstrating exceptional dedication, Huang even worked weekends and late hours to manage packing and moving preparations. He maintained constant communication with other departments—particularly Administration—to coordinate transport and manpower effectively. Thanks to his leadership and attention to detail, Kinghelm and Slkor successfully completed their office relocation in late September 2025, marking a smooth and efficient transition for the entire organization.
