The SLPESD0402–30 sets a new benchmark in ESD protection with its ultra-compact 0402 surface-mount package — the industry’s smallest and most advanced form factor. Its leadless design not only conserves precious PCB space, aligning perfectly with the miniaturization trend in automotive electronics, but also enhances signal integrity and electrical performance, making it ideal for space-constrained high-speed modules.
Electrostatic discharge (ESD) remains one of the most critical threats to modern automotive electronics. The SLPESD0402–30 is engineered to rapidly dissipate ESD energy, safeguarding sensitive components such as SoCs and precision analog ICs without compromising signal quality.
Featuring an ultra-low junction capacitance of just 0.05 pF and a working voltage (VRWM) of 30 V, it ensures minimal signal distortion across GHz-level high-speed interfaces including LVDS, MIPI, GMSL, and in-vehicle Ethernet.
