Inside the Mind of Meiyijia Founder Wang Yawen: IP Branding as a Catalyst for Semiconductor Growth

Ms. Wang Yawen, Founder and General Manager of Meiyijia Electronics

Yesterday, today, and tomorrow—three timelines that together trace the “reverse growth” journey of Ms. Wang Yawen, Founder and General Manager of Meiyijia Electronics, widely known in Huaqiangbei as “Crab Sister.”

Her face shows no sign of hardship, yet her eyes tell countless stories. Beauty, intellect, discipline, and a relentless fighting spirit converge in her—gentle yet resolute, emotional yet highly rational. This is Ms. Wang Yawen today.

From small successes to major achievements, from individual fulfillment to shared value, time has refined her path. In 2013, she founded Meiyijia Electronics, and later co-founded the Y Culture Enterprise Management Consulting Platform. With over a decade of training and coaching experience, she has brought together a wide circle of like-minded partners. She is a hands-on corporate coach, an expert in intrinsic motivation systems, a senior PAC personality analysis consultant, a mentor in stress relief and emotional energy management, and one of the founding instructors of Human Nature Communication Studies in China—titles earned through long-term practice rather than labels.

As Ms. Wang Yawen once said: “I became a teacher out of passion. That passion comes from helping others succeed and achieving success together. Mutual growth is the greatest joy.” The words once spoken to her by Korean mentor Liu Dongxiu—“You have great potential as a teacher”—have continued to inspire her to move forward and grow alongside her peers.

Since 2022, Ms. Wang has refocused her energy on Meiyijia Electronics. In just two to three years, she successfully built a high-conversion brand association—“Crab Sister = Realtek Semiconductor = Meiyijia Electronics”—creating a standout case of differentiated IP-driven brand inheritance in the new era.

“Crab Sister” Wang Yawen of Huaqiangbei

From a training instructor to a “knowledge transporter,” and ultimately to the widely recognized “Crab Sister” of Huaqiangbei, Ms. Wang Yawen shared her personal journey:

“I entered the semiconductor industry first, and later stepped into the training field. From 2013 to 2022, over nine years, I initially hoped to manage both tracks in parallel. In reality, however, most of my time was consumed by training work. I was constantly on the road, helping companies solve problems, spending nearly 20 days a month traveling for business. Gradually, I realized I had lost myself—sacrificing quality parent-child time and neglecting the operation and management of my own company.

After a period of deep reflection, everything suddenly became clear. I realized that only by fully returning to the semiconductor industry could I unleash my greatest potential, reclaim control of my time, focus on self-growth, accompany my child’s development, and help more people learn and grow together. My years in training broadened my horizons, strengthened my perspective, deepened my understanding of the power of media, and taught me the true meaning of giving and letting go.

Why am I called ‘Crab Sister’? Because I chose to promote the Realtek brand—and Realtek’s logo happens to be a crab.

After my transformation and return in 2022, by 2025 both ‘Crab Sister’ and Meiyijia Electronics had established strong reputations in the industry. Today, I am able to balance enterprise management, IP building, family life, and study tours with confidence and ease. Most importantly, I have gained a sense of inner abundance and genuine fulfillment.”

Meiyijia Corporate Values: Integrity with Innovation, Mutual Achievement, Efficiency with Fairness, Courage with Resilience

1. Meiyijia Electronics

“Crab Sister” Wang Yawen founded Shenzhen Meiyijia Electronics Co., Ltd. in 2013. Today, the company is recognized as one of China’s leading spot distributors of Realtek Semiconductor, as well as a highly trusted professional distributor of networking, communication, Bluetooth, and audio chips.

As founder and general manager, Ms. Wang Yawen positioned Meiyijia as a “grassroots ambassador for Realtek,” executing a brand strategy centered on “research-driven positioning, deep professional focus, and clear differentiation.” This strategic clarity further reinforced her strong market identity as “Meiyijia Electronics.”

Within the industry, she is often described as “the person who explains Realtek best to engineers, and the one who operates Realtek most effectively among educators.”

Beyond her own personal brand, she has also successfully incubated multiple employee IPs (such as General Crab, Wealth Crab, Tiger Crab, Treasure Crab, Coconut Crab, Happy Crab, and more). Each IP has a distinct character and narrative, and employees widely regard her as a genuine talent scout who empowers individual growth.

Looking ahead, Meiyijia Electronics will work closely with Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) and SLKOR (www.slkoric.com) to deliver integrated products and technical support services to customers worldwide, while jointly promoting the innovative spirit and positive energy of Huaqiangbei to the global electronics community.

IP Traffic Code #1: Professionalization (Little Crab Talks Big Topics)

IP Traffic Code #2: Systematization

IP Traffic Code #3: Entertainment Value

2. Mastering the IP Traffic Code

“Crab Sister” Wang Yawen believes that science-popularization videos which are professional, systematic, and engaging can consistently deliver high-value industry insights and create strong, repeatable memory anchors for audiences.

Crab Sister = Realtek Semiconductor = Meiyijia Electronics—these three elements may never mathematically equal 100%. However, the methods, pathways, and strategic direction behind our promotion and execution are always aimed at reaching that ideal balance.

Only when these three are organically integrated and tightly aligned can the original commercial value of the Crab Sister IP be fully unlocked, traffic dividends be efficiently converted rather than wasted, and a sustainable, long-term legacy in the IP era continue to be written.

Immersive Packaging, Shipping Hundreds of Boxes Every Day!

3. She and Her Parents & Aiyuan Oranges and Baba Tangerines

Ms. Wang Yawen shared that as her parents grow older year by year, although her love for them runs deep, work prevents her from being by their side every day. As a result, Aiyuan jelly oranges (harvested from September to October) and Sichuan Baba tangerines (harvested from January to February) have become her unique medium for expressing love and connection with her parents.

Through all four seasons, her parents keep her updated on farm work in the fields. During harvest time, they take charge of picking and packing, while she manages the daily sales and logistics from afar. To her, this shared effort and emotional bond is far more precious than earning any amount of money.

Many people mistakenly assume that she is primarily in the fruit business in Shenzhen. Her parents proudly clarify, “No, our daughter sells chips. Selling fruit is just her way of helping us.”

Others are astonished and ask, “Helping means shipping more than a hundred boxes a day?” In those moments, what her parents feel is not fatigue, but pride and joy.

Ms. Wang Yawen emphasized, “This is the best answer I can give as my way of giving back to my hardworking parents. Their happiness is not measured by how much money they make, but by seeing the fruit they carefully cultivated reach people who truly appreciate it—and by receiving countless positive reviews and genuine satisfaction in return.”

Ms. Wang Yawen Establishing ‘Crab Sister Inquiry & Yisuoyanyu Hall’ for Teaching and Sharing

4. Yisuoyanyu Hall

The line “With a straw raincoat, I face life in wind and rain” originates from Calming the Waves, written by the great Northern Song dynasty literary master Su Shi (Su Dongpo) during his exile in Huangzhou—an enduring symbol of calm resilience amid adversity.

“Crab Sister” Wang Yawen shared that being a teacher should never be limited to merely transmitting knowledge. Instead, true teaching means studying, researching, and growing together with like-minded learners. By understanding our natural attributes, amplifying strengths, and avoiding weaknesses, individuals can become more focused and professional—ultimately enabling them to better serve diverse types of clients.

People are shaped by their environment. Guided by the philosophy of “right timing, favorable location, and human harmony,” Ms. Wang founded Crab Sister Inquiry & Yisuoyanyu Hall, a platform dedicated to sharing life wisdom drawn from classical works such as the I Ching. Its focus spans self-awareness enhancement, enterprise talent utilization, and the development of children’s innate abilities—forming a complete closed loop of “principle–action–result.”

Through this practice, she leads others to cultivate themselves in both life and work, fostering an environment that is positive, progressive, and committed to lifelong learning. Her hope is simple yet profound: that after seeing the truth of life, people will still choose to love life—and walk their own journeys with courage, clarity, and a transcendent, heroic spirit.

“Hearing Growth: Ten Words Weigh a Thousand Gold”

— The Inner Monologue of “Crab Sister” Wang Yawen

“Crab Sister” Wang Yawen

A woman’s growth is a magnificent unfolding epic—from a tender child protected in her parents’ arms to an independent, self-reliant individual who becomes both the director and the leading role of her own life. Through continuous learning, deep reflection, real-world practice, and unwavering perseverance, she refines her original purpose, sees mountains, sees oceans, and ultimately sees herself. Every woman blooms freely in her season of becoming—ten miles of spring breeze could never compare to you.

Seeing Mountains, Seas, and Oneself

I was born in 1985 in Meishan, Sichuan—the hometown of Su Dongpo. He is my lifelong idol. Whenever I encounter obstacles, his open-mindedness, optimism, and inner strength guide me to keep moving forward, carrying hope in my heart and growth in my steps.

With a transcendental mindset, he navigated the complexities of the world; he remained steady in the face of impermanence and expansive in moments of adversity. Open-mindedness is not indifference—it is choosing to love life even after fully understanding its realities.

This spiritual legacy, passed down across a thousand years, has taught me to love myself, to love all beings, and to love life itself—staying grounded in the present while remaining confident and calm about the future.

Ms. Wang Yawen: Inner Abundance and Fulfillment

Everyone carries an inner child. True strength isn’t about conquering the external world—it comes from embracing and reconciling with an imperfect life. The first step is to become friends with your own inner child.

As an only child, my early years were spent cooking, washing clothes, and helping on the farm with my parents. There was little time to play. The constant pressures of life made my inner child timid and introverted.

Yet, my parents’ hard work and unconditional love inspired me to persevere and leave the countryside. The belief that “inner strength changes destiny” has guided me through self-healing, self-love, and self-empowerment.

For me, love is listening to your inner voice more often. Life’s meaning is found in the present—every moment, every meal, every bowl of rice. Through mindful awareness and reflection, I return to the present, feel its heartbeat, and experience true happiness. High-quality companionship multiplies that joy, fostering sincere recognition, personal transformation, and rapid growth for both myself and others.

The Happiness of Being a Teacher Years Ago

Ten Years of Companionship, Teaching and Learning Together

Recognition and Support from Mr. Song Shiqiang of Sichuan-Chongqing

Salute to the Hardworking Me!

Ten years of growth, and I am deeply grateful for your companionship. Meiyijia and Yiconsulting are like children I’ve nurtured with my own hands. Shifting from teaching to selling chips was a pivotal choice—almost like cutting off my own retreat. I wrestled with uncertainty then, yet I understood that focus, specialization, and the wisdom of trade-offs are essential.

That’s why I now have a clear roadmap: IP creation, team building, and brand influence. Along this flowing river of time, I’ve met many mentors and trusted companions. Together, we form the “Sichuan-Chongqing Semiconductor Alliance.”

With everyone’s support, we’ve grown side by side at all eight annual conferences from 2017 to 2024. I was honored to host the 2021, 2022, and 2024 conferences. Hosting may not be my core skill, but my teaching background, self-driven spirit, and belief in transformation have always propelled me forward. I trust and accept myself, becoming stronger and evolving with every step—every experience turning into growth.

Time waits for no one, and goodness flows onward. Let us celebrate every radiant “her” who blooms freely in her own world.

Wang Yawen, a Sichuan-Chongqing Electronics Professional: Freely Blooming, Brilliant in Youth

At the close of the interview, when asked by the Kinghelm reporter, “What’s the secret behind your reverse growth and continuous improvement?” Ms. Wang Yawen reflected: appreciate yourself, persist in yourself, everyone can be a teacher, everywhere can be a classroom, and let everything unfold naturally.
She starts each day joyfully at 6 a.m., maintaining exercise and plank routines. Her daily positive quotes on social media inspire countless followers. She dedicates time to lifelong learning—studying the I Ching and related texts—and keeps nightly reflective journals to examine herself and reconnect with her true self.

She does all of this because it brings genuine happiness. True freedom comes from self-discipline. She embraces both her strengths and imperfections in the present, aligns with her inner self, sheds comparison and self-denial, and remains resilient and unaffected by the external world.

Wang Yawen: Inner Peace Is the Final Destination

Here, Kinghelm and SLKOR General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang warmly extends his best wishes to Ms. Wang Yawen—may she enjoy elegant success in love, continue her personal cultivation and teaching to uplift others, and may Meiyijia Electronics thrive as a celebrated industry exemplar.

Reflecting on her journey, Ms. Wang Yawen shared her heartfelt insights:

“I have lived in Shenzhen for over ten years and truly love this city—its inclusiveness, openness, and endless possibilities. The warm climate suits me perfectly.

Find what you love and immerse yourself in it. Be an ordinary person with an unconquerable spirit and genuine warmth. Enrich your inner world, elevate your state of mind, continue cultivating yourself in everyday life, and follow the natural way of life.”
