The agenda included a new product training session on the Slkor LM2904 operational amplifier, a company-wide strategic workshop led by General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang, and the launch of the Spring Basketball and Badminton Training Event. The LM2904 integrates two independent, high-gain, internally frequency-compensated operational amplifiers. It supports both single and dual power supply operation across a wide voltage range, and under recommended operating conditions, its power consumption remains largely independent of supply voltage.

This versatility makes it widely suitable for sensor signal amplification, audio amplification, industrial control systems, DC gain modules, and general-purpose analog circuit applications.

LM393 Comparator Application Solutions

The LM393 is a dual high-precision voltage comparator featuring a low offset voltage of up to 2.0 mV, enabling accurate signal comparison in a wide range of applications. It is designed for direct compatibility with both TTL and CMOS logic systems, simplifying circuit integration. When operated with dual power supplies, it can interface effectively with MOS logic circuits while maintaining a clear low-power advantage, making it suitable for energy-efficient designs.

Mr. Song is a respected figure in China’s electronic components industry, a science lecturer with the China Institute of Electronics, and an expert on the Huaqiangbei business ecosystem. He is also recognized as an industry thought leader and cultural ambassador, whose insights and real-world experiences have helped bring global attention to Huaqiangbei’s dynamic innovation environment.

He consistently encourages employees to strengthen their communication and presentation skills, emphasizing that every training session is not just learning, but an opportunity to refine thinking, improve execution, and accelerate personal development.

General Manager Mr. Song actively joined the event, inspiring employees by example and encouraging everyone to incorporate regular exercise into their routines for better health, stronger teamwork, and sustained performance.

Basketball is one of the team’s most popular sports, and a personal passion of Mr. Song. He has taken part in multiple tournaments and strongly supported several competitions, including the 2024 Slkor Cup Factory Basketball League, the 2024 Shenzhen Sichuan-Chongqing Basketball League, and the Kinghelm Cup 2025 Songgang Youth Basketball League, reflecting his commitment to fostering an energetic and united corporate culture.

Team Dinner and Closing Remarks

After the activities, Mr. Song led the team to a lively group dinner, which also doubled as a warm welcome banquet for new employees. 🎉

The gathering encouraged stronger team spirit and open communication. Mr. Song shared his satisfaction with the event and proposed increasing support for employee activities, with the goal of organizing at least one sports event every month to keep the momentum going. 💪
