Shenzhen Kinghelm Secures Chinese Trademark “Kinghelm” in Major Brand Milestone

Recently, Shenzhen Kinghelm Electronics Co., Ltd. successfully registered its Chinese trademark “Kinghelm,” securing exclusive rights to the company name and further strengthening its brand identity (www.kinghelm.net). The trademark was officially registered on February 28, 2026, and will remain valid for ten years through February 27, 2036. It is approved under International Class 9, covering semiconductor-related goods and services.

The Chinese “Kinghelm” trademark adopts a clean, basic Hei-style font in compliance with the Requirements for Chinese Fonts Usage (2023 Edition). This choice ensures excellent readability across different sizes, viewing distances, and background conditions, while maintaining strong visual recognition. In addition, the use of a widely recognized base font helps avoid potential commercial copyright risks, as such standardized, minimally styled fonts are generally considered public domain and suitable for commercial applications.

Chinese trademark Kinghelm successfully registered, valid for 10 years

Shenzhen Kinghelm Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded on June 18, 2007, by Song Shiqiang in Shenzhen’s Huaqiangbei, one of the world’s most dynamic electronics hubs. During its first decade (2007–2016), Kinghelm achieved several key milestones: registering the English trademark “Kinghelm,” earning recognition as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Double-Software Certified Enterprise, obtaining national invention patents for Beidou positioning and communication technologies, and achieving ISO9001 quality management system certification. Over this period, the Kinghelm product portfolio evolved from Beidou GPS antennas into a comprehensive range of communication signal interconnection solutions, laying a strong foundation for continued growth.

During the second decade (2016–2025), Kinghelm accelerated its growth and industry influence. The company became a senior member of the China Satellite Navigation and Positioning Association and established strategic partnerships with leading e-commerce and distribution platforms, including LCSC, Yunhan, Huaqiang Mall, Liexin, Seeed, Huaqiang Electronics, Alibaba 1688, JD.com, Tmall, and Hard-City.

During this period, Kinghelm fully acquired the Beidou division of Dongguan Lijin Electronics and established a dedicated Beidou antenna production base in Luzhai, Guangxi, significantly strengthening mass production capability and delivery efficiency. The company also expanded internationally by recruiting global distributors, solution providers, and strategic partners, further enhancing brand visibility and market reputation overseas. Together with its sister company Slkor Micro, Kinghelm now serves more than 20,000 customers worldwide.

“Connecting the World” reflects the vision of Kinghelm. The company’s portfolio has evolved from Beidou GPS antennas and RF cables into a comprehensive range of signal connectors, plugs, sockets, signal switches, automotive and motorcycle wiring harnesses, industrial and medical specialty cables, and customized non-standard solutions. These products are widely applied in high-speed rail, new energy vehicles, IoT, smart cities, and commercial aerospace, supporting diverse and fast-growing technology sectors.

Kinghelm upholds a corporate culture centered on Integrity, Excellence, Resilience, and Attention to Detail, guided by the business ethic, “Do not impose on others what you do not desire for yourself.” Under the leadership of Song Shiqiang, the company continues to invest in technological innovation and product development, aiming to deliver reliable connectivity solutions while contributing to broader technological advancement and social progress.

Kinghelm serves the world with quality products and technology

Over more than 20 years, under the leadership of founder Song Shiqiang, Kinghelm has benchmarked itself against world-class enterprises in strategic decision-making, resource allocation, internal management, brand building, innovation, and internationalization. This long-term approach has shaped a “Technology + Product + Channel + Application + Service” five-in-one ecosystem, strengthening the company’s global competitiveness.

Entering its third decade (2026–2035), Kinghelm is expected to further accelerate international expansion. General Manager Song noted that the groundwork has already been established across multiple dimensions: 1. Internationalization of the Kinghelm brand; 2. Internationalization of team organization; 3. Internationalization of vision and mindset; 4. Internationalization of product standards; 5. Internationalization of sales channels and service networks; 6. Internationalization of key clients. Each step has required sustained effort and long-term commitment.

Song Shiqiang appointed as Huaqiangbei Maker Mentor by Shenzhen Huaqiangbei Subdistrict Office

Song Shiqiang, founder of Kinghelm and Slkor Micro, was among the first to systematically define and promote Huaqiangbei Culture, transforming its grassroots entrepreneurial practices into a structured theoretical framework. He summarized Huaqiangbei’s spirit in four key traits—Daring, Innovation, Resilience, and Pragmatism—and outlined the industrial upgrade path of “Imitate — Improve — Innovate.” He also introduced the concept that “one meter of counter is one innovation unit,” capturing the micro-level entrepreneurial vitality that powers the ecosystem. Small and micro businesses, in this view, function as dynamic capillaries of economic development, generating new value recognition and continuously stimulating innovation across the Huaqiangbei marketplace. Song further articulated survival principles for the region—asset-light operations, rapid iteration, high conversion efficiency, and information-driven decision-making—and creatively proposed Huaqiangbei as a “supply chain reservoir” for the electronics industry, capable of balancing production and inventory, efficiently matching supply and demand, and buffering systemic risks. This framework has since become an important lens for understanding the rapid rise of China’s electronics industry following reform and opening-up.

Song Shiqiang’s Kinghelm Electronics (www.kinghelm.net) focuses on Beidou GPS navigation antennas and connectivity solutions, supporting the growth of domestic navigation systems. Meanwhile, Slkor Micro (www.slkoric.com) concentrates on silicon carbide power devices, gaining strong momentum in sectors such as new energy vehicles and photovoltaics. Together, the two brands now serve more than 30,000 customers worldwide, representing a compelling example of Chinese smart manufacturing expanding onto the global stage.
