Tang Mingwei: Managing Yourself Like a Company

Tang Mingwei, founder and general manager of Yiku Supply Chain (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., is a Gold Lecturer of the Shared Procurement Alliance and Vice Chairman of its Huizhou Branch.

He highlighted that the lecture series “Managing Yourself Like a Company” has been shared for four years. This was the second lecture of 2026, with each year featuring a different theme—from 2023’s “Strategic Planning and Layout” to 2026’s “Keep Your Hands Dirty, Keep Your Mindset Humble,” offering practical survival strategies amid the ongoing economic downturn.

In a three-hour session, Tang distilled valuable insights on workplace risk management and entrepreneurial experience. He analyzed multiple career archetypes and clearly distinguished professional levels among individuals. Whether in the workplace or business environment, professional skills, network resources, and financial support are all essential.

Drawing from years of experience, he concluded, “To generate results and achieve success, one must have knowledge, common sense (life wisdom, interpersonal skills, workplace rules), insight, and courage.”

He also shared practical career planning strategies for procurement professionals, emphasizing: “The way you earn money determines your wealth ceiling. Many earning models have limits; to break through, you must follow trends.” The path of “trend → opportunity → industry → enterprise” is central to career planning, but success ultimately relies on strong professional skills and effective interpersonal management.

At its core, long-term success depends on fundamental principles—doing the right things, staying on the right path, and aligning with people who consistently produce positive results.

Tang aims to share his experiences, lessons, and mistakes so others can avoid unnecessary detours and take control of their lives starting today.

Insights from Tang Mingwei’s keynote sharing

Notably, his insights also highlight that Kinghelm and Slkor, operating in the smart hardware and semiconductor/chip design sectors, are in a strong growth phase. In recent years, both companies have actively capitalized on domestic substitution trends, steadily expanding market share, enhancing reputation, and strengthening global brand influence—building a solid foundation for resilient, counter-cyclical growth in the future.

RF Expert Qin Xianghong: “For Antenna Connectors, Choose Kinghelm”

Kinghelm Chief Engineer Qin Xianghong delivering training

Qin Xianghong, originally from Chengdu, Sichuan, graduated in 1992 from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (a 985 institution). He has devoted over 30 years to RF and microwave engineering and previously held senior positions at German companies renowned for their rigorous management systems. He explained that connectors used in RF coaxial feed systems, commonly known as RF coaxial connectors or RF connectors, are designed to interconnect devices and modules while efficiently transmitting RF and microwave signals.

RF connectors are generally classified into:

  1. Threaded connectors
  2. Bayonet connectors
  3. Push-in connectors
  4. Push-in locking connectors

Among these, threaded connectors, such as SMA types, are the most widely used due to their compact size, excellent performance, high reliability, and long service life.

Key hot-selling models include KH-SMA-K513-G, KH-SMA-KE-Z, KH-SMA-KWE17-G, KH-SMA-KE-Z48H, and KH-SMA-P-8496. For example, the KH-SMA-K513-G is a high-reliability SMA female elbow RF coaxial connector suitable for various frequency applications, and serves as a direct replacement for TE Connectivity / Amphenol 5-1814400-1.
